Responsibilities :

• Identify, analyze, and establish collaborative relationships with talent (for example: KOL, Influencer, buzzer, BA, spokesperson, etc)
• Monitor and create reports related to activities carried out by talent (eg: impression, reach, click, etc)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to foster log - term partnerships.
• Collaborate with agencies to support PR activities, including identification, negotiation, partnering on executing output
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing

• Proven min. 2 year of working experience as KOL Specialist, especially in beauty industry.
• Passion for beauty and lifestyle trends
• Strong understanding oh Gen Z audience and able to identify target audience preferences
• Adept and active in IG, Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube, and other social media platforms
• Pro-active, creative and strive to learn
